Anmol Saxena is a valued member of Parspec’s engineering team, contributing to the development and management of our data pipeline infrastructure. With a strong background in programming and a passion for solving complex problems, Anmol works on preparing technical design documents, developing software, and collaborating with the team to enhance our product capabilities and architecture.
Anmol was drawn to Parspec by the opportunity to work alongside talented experts and contribute to building an innovative deep-tech product. Their focus on tackling infrastructure challenges and exploring new product possibilities has been instrumental in advancing Parspec’s mission to modernize procurement and supply chain processes in the construction industry.

What is your role at Parspec?
My role involves managing the engineering infrastructure for data pipelines at Parspec. This includes preparing technical design documents, developing software, and coordinating across the engineering team to continually enhance product capabilities and the underlying architecture.
Why did you join Parspec?
When I met the engineering and founding team at Parspec, I was deeply excited by the idea of working alongside amazing technical experts to build an industry-first deep tech product. The opportunity has been a great learning and professional growth experience ever since.
What challenges are you looking forward to trying to solve?
I look forward to solving infrastructure challenges and providing recommendations for new product verticals and horizontal expansion in the construction supply chain.
What sparked your interest in the technology industry?
An interest in math led me to explore programming and eventually pursue software engineering as a profession. The constant pushing of boundaries through engineering and tech products, along with the pure beauty of crafting experiences and solving pain points through code, has kept me in love with the industry.
How do you see Parspec impacting the AEC industry?
Parspec is tackling the challenges of modernizing procurement and supply chain processes in the industry through AI and advanced technologies. It is poised to grow and raise the bar for many enterprise products and companies.
Are there any recent projects or initiatives at Parspec that you’re particularly excited about, and why?
I'm super excited about the new capabilities we are adding to our existing products and the new product categories we will be supporting soon. Parspec users - stay tuned!
What are your career goals? Where do you think Parspec can take you?
I strive to build and take ownership of the development of our tech products at scale. I look forward to driving the next stage of growth at Parspec.
If you were not working at Parspec, where would you be?
I would probably have been working for my last employer, Microsoft.
What do you think is the most important skill that a successful professional in your domain needs to have?
Hard work, clarity of thought, empathy for the needs of the business, and effective communication skills.
What is the biggest challenge that you’ve faced since joining the team?
Getting onboarded with the minute details of our AI extraction systems has been challenging but fun at the same time, providing great technical learnings for me.
What do you see as the most exciting trends or developments in your domain right now?
It is amazing to see everyone achieving and accomplishing more through AI. I am excited to witness the boost in productivity and the numerous learning opportunities that are being unlocked with an even lower barrier to information access now.
What have been some of the most important lessons you’ve learned throughout your career?
Start with the 'why' behind your goals, build empathy around the problem, and treat the problem as your own. Walking the path always gets easier with time.
Also, stay authentic and encourage everyone around you to be themselves. Diversity is a strength in its own unique way
What techniques help you stay organized and productive?
Maintaining a consistent routine, going for occasional walks, and spending time with family and friends help me unwind and stay productive when I get back to work.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
What gets me out of bed in the morning is the excitement of creating something new and pushing boundaries. I’m inspired by the opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with creative minds, and bring fresh ideas to life.
What is your favorite food?
Chole Bhatoore.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Sitting in the sunlight and sharing coffee with friends and family.
Describe your perfect weekend.
Spending time at home with family, enjoying the weather from my balcony, and sipping a few occasional cups of chai.
Where are you located? How did you end up there?
I am located in Gurugram, India. It is close to my parents' place and most of my friends from school and college, so I chose it as my home for now.
