What is your role at Parspec?
Customer Success Specialist. My priority is to smoothly onboard customers and ensure all users feel confident, successful, and supported day to day.
Why did you join Parspec?
Initially, the concept of introducing AI and improving workflows within the construction space really sparked my interest. Then, once I met the Parspec team, I was sold on how driven, excited, and dedicated each person is to making the app and industry continuously more efficient.
What are your career goals? Where do you think Parspec can take you?
My goal is to advance my expertise within the realm of Customer Success, leveraging user feedback, data, and behavior analytics to improve the quality of our app and provide even greater support to customers.
If you were not working at Parspec, where would you be?
Reading by a pool somewhere hot, drinking an Aperol Spritz.
What do you think is the most important skill that a successful professional in your domain needs to have?
Patience, curiosity, and understanding are key to providing the best customer support.
What do you see as the most exciting trends or developments in your domain right now?
With our team of AI experts, there is great potential to be more proactive in our customer outreach and utilize technology to better predict user behavior or errors before the customer even reaches out for help.
What have been some of the most important lessons you’ve learned throughout your career?
Never be afraid to ask questions or speak up with feedback for improvements!
What techniques help you stay organized and productive?
Documenting everything! Using a number of Google Sheets and taking notes is the best way to ensure all tasks are correctly prioritized and completed.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
My dog Finley waking me up for a walk.
What is your favorite food?
Italian.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Spend time with my fiancé, friends, and family, try new restaurants in SF, attend my monthly book club, and take my dog to the beach.

A walk with my dog Finley at the beach on a Saturday morning, then hitting a fun SF restaurant with friends at night.
