Team Member Spotlight – Luli Maurino

To wrap up 2022’s string of team member spotlights, we decided to call out our favorite Argentine team member. Meet Maria (Luli) Maurino. Luli was born and raised in Rosario, Argentina but currently resides in San Francisco, California, and works with our sales and revenue team down in our San Mateo HQ. Luli’s firey personality, adaptable mindset, and overall work ethic have made her an indispensable member of our team. The only issue with Luli is now our office is in a battle of national pride as France (Jolan – Product) take on Argentina in the World Cup Finals. Keep in mind this article was written on 12/16 before the outcome of the match!

All jokes aside, there is nothing but love between our many global team members. Check out some highlights of our team member spotlight interview below:

1. What is your role at Parspec?

I lead Business Development efforts, ensuring everyone in our industry is aware Parspec is a new tool purpose-built for the construction industry and making making relevant connections. In short, I strategize, plan, and execute outreach to our target market to ensure our sales funnel stays nice and healthy.

2. Why did you join Parspec?

I joined Parspec because I believe in our product, as well as our company culture – that I could feel before even joining- and growth opportunity! I’ve learned so much from being part of this team already.

3. How do you see Parspec impacting the AEC industry? Society in general?

Time is our most valuable asset, any tool that helps with time-saving is a game changer, not only for companies but also for individuals.

4. What challenges are you looking forward to trying to solve?

Processes take hours when they could take seconds. Being part of Business Development I understand how tedious and time-consuming some processes can be, relying on technology to solve these issues is something I’m still learning alongside people in all industries.

5. What gets you out of bed in the morning?

My family and the people I care about. They are the reason behind everything I do.

6. If you were not working at Parspec, where would you be?

I wasn’t aware of how much I actually enjoyed Business Development until I joined this team and was part of process/team building, but probably in a similar position!

7. What do you like to do outside of work?

I disconnect when I go hiking, watch sunsets almost every day, and I’m a world citizen, if not working you’ll catch me flying somewhere.

8. What is your favorite food?

Argentinian Asado, I could eat Asado every day for the rest of my life

I wouldn’t be as productive in my role if it wasn’t for the amazing team I work with, thank you!!
